Head to head polymers. XXV: Properties of head to head polyisobutylene
Polymer Engineering & Science, 1983AbstractHead‐to‐head polyisobutylene, prepared by the Grignard coupling reaction of 2,2,3,3‐tetramethyl‐1,4‐dibromobutane had molecular weight of 3,000 to 10,000 and was characterized by wide angle x‐ray diffraction, optical microscopy and thermal behavior.

Heading and Head Injuries in Soccer
Sports Medicine, 2001In the world of sports, soccer is unique because of the purposeful use of the unprotected head for controlling and advancing the ball. This skill obviously places the player at risk of head injury and the game does carry some risk. Head injury can be a result of contact of the head with another head (or other body parts), ground, goal post, other ...

Head‐to‐head polymers 27: Thermal degradation of head‐to‐head polyisobutylene
Polymer Engineering & Science, 1983AbstractHead‐to‐head polyisobutylene degrades at a maximum rate at 320°C, a temperature about 65°C lower than head‐to‐tail polyisobutylene. Under our conditions, head‐to‐tail (the regular polyisobutylene) degrades (as do many other disubstituted vinyl monomers) to a high yield of the monomer isobutylene.

Fine-Grained Head Pose Estimation Without Keypoints
2018 IEEE/CVF Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition Workshops (CVPRW), 2017Estimating the head pose of a person is a crucial problem that has a large amount of applications such as aiding in gaze estimation, modeling attention, fitting 3D models to video and performing face alignment.

Polymers of α-olefins, vinyl and acrylic monomers consisting entirely of head to head (and tail to tail) linkages have been prepared by indirect methods. Head to head polyolefins, polypropylene and polystyrene were synthesized by 1, 4 polymerization of 2, 3-dimethyl (or diphenyl) butadiene followed by catalytic hydrogenation with soluble catalyst (Co ...
