Synergistic Anti‐Cancer Therapy Through Ultrasound‐Induced Piezocatalytic Therapy and Tumor Treatment Fields

A novel, wearable anti‐cancer platform synergistically combines tumor treating fields (TTFs) and piezocatalytic therapy (PCT) via ultrasound‐activated, lead‐free piezocomposites. This strategy efficiently suppresses tumor growth, modulates the immune microenvironment, and demonstrates strong therapeutic synergy in both mouse model of subcutaneous tumor

Li/Al‐LDH Reinforced Polyacrylamide/Xanthan Gum Semi‐Interpenetrating Network Nano‐Conductive Hydrogels for Stress Sensing and Wearable Device Applications

PXL hydrogel is prepared by in situ polymerization of acrylamide (AM) between Li/Al‐LDH nanosheets and forming a semi‐interpenetrating network structure with xanthan gum (XG). The in situ polymerization of AM ensures the uniform distribution of Li/Al‐LDH within the hydrogel network.

Glucocorticoid Receptor Activation Reprograms NK Cells to Drive AREG‐Mediated Immunosuppression: A Pan‐Cancer Role for AREG

Natural killer cells, central to anti‐tumor defense, undergo unexpected reprogramming within the tumor microenvironment. Instead of producing IFN‐γ and TNF‐α, they elevate amphiregulin, a tumor‐promoting factor. This shift is linked to glucocorticoid receptor activity and prostaglandin signaling.

Reconstructing Focal Topological Curves through Vortex Spots from Multifocal Metasurfaces

Multichannel multifocal silicon metasurfaces are built to reconstruct focal topological curves using an array of vortex spots, and upconverted fluorescence is used to directly visualize the morphology of the near‐infrared focal fields. Abstract Structured light plays an important role in modern photonics.
