Advanced Materials, EarlyView.By taking advantage of the substantial stiffness contrast between protein hydrogels in their folded and unfolded protein states as well as reversible disulfide crosslinking, a robust and general strategy is reported to engineer fully reshapeable and recyclable protein hydrogels.
