Recyclable Li‐Metal Battery Electrolytes via In Situ Cyclic Carbonate Polymerization

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A recyclable polycarbonate electrolyte is synthesized in situ in a lithium‐metal battery. Excellent cell performance is obtained owing to its high conductivity and (electro)chemical stability. The electrolyte is recovered after extended battery cycling, chemically recycled back to monomer, and repolymerized, obtaining comparable cell performance.

Embedding Monodisperse LaOx Into Pt Nanoclusters for Ultra‐Stable and Efficient Hydrogen Isotope Oxidation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The introduction of isolated LaOx species into Pt nanoclusters confined within the silicalite‐1 zeolite significantly enhanced the oxidative removal of hydrogen isotopes. Under reaction conditions of 50 °C and GHSV of 72,000 mL·g−1·h−1, the catalyst achieved an excellent H2 conversion efficiency of over 99%.

Dynamic Bonds Reinforced Polyamide Elastomer for Biomedical Orthosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dynamic bonds (DBs) reinforced shape memory polyamide elastomer is developed using reactive extrusion. Dynamic covalent networks enhance interlayer adhesion in 4D‐printed objects by utilizing the combined effects of multiple DBs, reducing mechanical anisotropy and improving the mechanical and shape memory properties.
