Compositional evolution of the solid electrolyte interphase in Na‐ion batteries is investigated, focusing on the effects of sodium metal counter electrodes on interphase formation. Advanced analytical techniques are employed to uncover distinct differences in interphase chemistry in half‐cell versus full‐cell configurations.
