In middle‐aged and elderly patients with prediabetes, both Traditional Chinese Exercise (Baduanjin) and equipment‐based exercise improved glycaemic control and significantly raised serum 25(OH)D3 (+60.6% to +81.9%) over 12 weeks. KEE showed larger numerical changes, but direct comparison did not establish superiority over TCE.
