I was surprised at how little resemblance there was between the Indian Health Service described in your Committee on Indian Health Report (October 1971) and the IHS Oklahoma Area where I served for two years (Tahlequah and Claremore Indian Hospitals) . If it were to serve as a prototype for all Federal agencies with health problems then we would have
