International Journal of Surgery Case Reports, 2015 Dengue is an acute febrile infectious disease, with high fever followed by symptoms flu-like. Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a vascular leak syndrome and could present spontaneous bleeding and worsening of symptoms after some days. Sterile Nasal Septal Abscess in Ulcerative Colitis With Crypt Abscess‐Like Neutrophilic Infiltration
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.We report a rare case of sterile nasal septal abscess in a patient with ulcerative colitis. Histopathological analysis revealed crypt abscess‐like neutrophilic infiltration in the nasal mucosal glands, resembling a typical feature of ulcerative colitis.
