Dengue is an acute febrile infectious disease, with high fever followed by symptoms flu-like. Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a vascular leak syndrome and could present spontaneous bleeding and worsening of symptoms after some days. Sterile Nasal Septal Abscess in Ulcerative Colitis With Crypt Abscess‐Like Neutrophilic Infiltration
We report a rare case of sterile nasal septal abscess in a patient with ulcerative colitis. Histopathological analysis revealed crypt abscess‐like neutrophilic infiltration in the nasal mucosal glands, resembling a typical feature of ulcerative colitis.
