ABSTRACT Intra‐abdominal hemorrhage is an extremely rare complication of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). We report a case of intra‐abdominal bleeding that occurred after ERCP for choledocholithiasis with cholangitis in a patient with a cascade stomach.
