Upconversion Nanoparticle‐Covalent Organic Framework Core–shell Particles as Therapeutic Microrobots Trackable With Optoacoustic Imaging

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Upconversion nanoparticle‐covalent organic framework core–shell particles provide enhanced contrast for optoacoustic imaging by leveraging the optical absorption of upconversion luminescence within the covalent organic framework matrix. Beyond their role as contrast agents, these particles enable customizable therapeutic agent loading and release, as ...

Heteronanoarchitecture of Ti3C2Tx MXene and Amorphous MOF for Exceptional Durability in Electro‐Ionic Soft Actuator

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The nanoscale hybridization of MXene and amorphous metal‐organic framework (MXene–aMOF) achieves exceptional electrochemical stability and ion storage capacity, attributed to the synergistic interplay between the nanoporous surfaces of aMOF and the metal‐like electron conduction of MXene.

Water Oxidation to Hydrogen Peroxide Over a Super‐Aerophilic Graphite Catalyst

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Design of super‐aerophilic graphite catalyst capable of trapping in situ produced oxygen gas on its surface under the electrolyte environment. By so doing, it is able to moderate intermediate species binding, which is critical to enabling the two‐electron water oxidation reaction to hydrogen peroxide.
