Customizable flame‐spheroidized submicron glass particles with controlled CaO–Al2O3–SiO2 compositions

This study presents a novel flame process for producing customizable CaO–Al2O3–SiO2 glass particles with precise control over size, shape, and composition. By varying flame parameters, submicron spherical particles (0.1–1.0 µm) were successfully synthesized.
