ABSTRACT Diagnosing extrapulmonary and drug‐resistant tuberculosis in children is challenging.

[Heart murmurs associated with organic murmurs].

157 patients with congenital heart disease were examined clinically and echocardiographically. Patients with interventricular septal defect, interatrial septal defect or patent ductus arteriosus having typical organic murmur exhibited atypical sound oscillations forming concording epicenter (42.3% of patients).
