Heart energy signature spectrogram for cardiovascular diagnosis
BioMedical Engineering OnLine, 2007 A new method and application is proposed to characterize intensity and pitch of human heart sounds and murmurs. Using recorded heart sounds from the library of one of the authors, a visual map of heart sound energy was established.

Atomically Precise Nanoclusters as Co‐Catalysts for Light‐Activated Microswimmer Motility
Small, EarlyView.For the first time, atomically precise gold nanoclusters (AuNCs) are used as motility catalysts for active matter microswimmers. The nanoscale precision and controlled optical activity of AuNCs are leveraged, achieving a nearly fivefold increase in displacement under ultraviolet light compared to prototypical TiO2 microswimmers.

Murmurations of modular forms in the weight aspect [PDF]
arXiv, 2023 We prove the existence of "murmurations" in the family of holomorphic modular forms of level $1$ and weight $k\to\infty$, that is, correlations between their root numbers and Hecke eigenvalues at primes growing in proportion to the analytic conductor. This is the first demonstration of murmurations in an archimedean family.
