This study presents a ″trash‐to‐treasure″ strategy that converts harmful joint overloads into beneficial electrical cues. The biodegradable MagPie, by providing piezoelectrical stimulation and releasing Mg2+ during mastication, exerts synergistic pro‐regenerative and anti‐inflammatory effects on Prg4+ cells via the ECM‐mediated FAK‐PI3K‐Akt axis ...

The caveats in the diagnosis of anomalous origin of left coronary artery from pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) [PDF]
Anomalous origin of left coronary artery from pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) is an infrequent, well described, but important anomaly of the coronary origin. Early diagnosis and prompt surgical treatment of the disease can be life saving. However, there are

ABSTRACT Doxorubicin‐induced cardiomyopathy (DIC) remains a dose‐limiting clinical challenge. This study reveals that cardiac vascular endothelial cells (CVECs) act as initial sensors of doxorubicin cardiotoxicity: circulating doxorubicin activates the cGAS‑STING pathway in CVECs, triggering NLRP3 inflammasome‑mediated pyroptosis and release of ...

Characterization of the Interventricular Septum Development
The interventricular septum (IVS) separates the right and left ventricles of the heart, preventing the mixing of blood from the oxygenated systemic circulation with that of the deoxygenated pulmonary circulation.

Influence of Football on Physiological Cardiac Indexes in Professional and Young Athletes
Background: After long-term intensive training, considerable morphological and functional heart changes occur in professional athletes. Such changes arise progressively and regress upon interruption of the physical activity.

In response to hypertrophic stimuli, increased c‑JUN phosphorylation upregulates RNF115, leading to SPTBN1 ubiquitination and degradation. which promotes F‑actin depolymerization and YAP activation, driving cardiac hypertrophy. The RNF115 inhibitor DTD effectively suppresses SPTBN1 ubiquitination and cardiac hypertrophy.
