A Soft Robotic Device for Targeted Massage Therapy of Residual Limbs
Residual limb edema after amputation can hinder recovery and delay prosthetic fitting. This study presents a soft‐robotic wearable device that delivers sequential compression through pneumatic McKibben actuators. By replicating the principles of manual lymphatic drainage, the device generates controlled mechanotherapeutic pressure patterns, providing a

Artificial Intelligence Applications on Classification of Heart Sounds
The aim of this chapter is to classify normal and extra systole heart sounds using artificial intelligence methods. Initially, both heart sounds have been passed from Butterworth, Chebyshev, Elliptic digital filter in specific frequency values to remove noise. Afterwards, features of heart sounds have been obtained for classification. For this process,

Heart Sound Classification Using Deep Structured Features [PDF]
We present a novel machine learning-based method for heart sound classification which we submitted to the PhysioNet/CinC Challenge 2016. Our method relies on a robust feature representation — generated by a wavelet-based deep convolutional neural network (CNN) — of each cardiac cycle in the test recording, and support vector machine classification.
