Efficient and Robust Approach for Heartbeat Detection of ECG Signal
Journal of Circuits, Systems and Computers, 2019This paper introduces an efficient and robust method for heartbeat detection based on the calculated angles between the successive samples of electrocardiogram (ECG) signal. The proposed approach involves three stages: filtering, computing the angles of the signal and thresholding.

Sequential Probability Assignment for Outlier Detection in Heartbeat Timings
2025 47th Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBC)Artifacts and noise as well as outlier beats from physiological causes can lead to inaccurate estimates of heart rate and heart rate variability. Especially with the increased popularity of wearables, there is an increased need to be able to identify when motion artifacts and poor sensor contact lead to incorrect detection of heartbeats. In this paper,

The Analysis of the Heartbeat Detection & Sensory Temperature Detection
Applied and Computational EngineeringAbstract. With the maturity of medical technology, the information emitted by human body parts can be detected by doctors and used as critical indicators. Usually, doctors conduct basic tests on patients by measuring body temperature and heart rate. Currently, hospitals still measure these values separately, which leads to low measurement efficiency ...
