Abstract Robinetin is the main polyphenol of the heartwood of Intsia bijuga and is accompanied by smaller amounts of 3,5,4′-tri- and 3,5,3′,4′-tetra-hydroxystilbenes, dihydromyricetin, myricetin and naringenin.
