Epigenetic Silencing of RFX7 Defines a Transcriptional Axis Linking Lactate Metabolism to Immune Checkpoint Therapy in Glioblastoma

Glioblastoma (GBM) exhibits RFX7 silencing via promoter hypermethylation, which downregulates PIK3IP1 to activate PI3K/AKT signaling, increase lactate accumulation, and enhance histone H4K12 lactylation. This lactylation upregulates PD‐L1/CSF1 expression and drives the immunosuppressive microenvironment formation.

Generation of Probabilistic Bits by Exploiting Orthogonal Spin Currents in Magnetic Trilayers

Fe/Ti/CoFeB trilayers generate orthogonal spin currents that drive stochastic spin–orbit‐torque switching for probabilistic‐bit operation. The switching probability is continuously controlled by the in‐plane magnetic field and drive current, enabling tunable random bit generation.

Physics‐Constrained Constitutive Learning of Rate‐Limiting Timescales for Efficient Hydrogen‐Based Direct Reduction for Green Steel Making

A conversion‐resolved constitutive framework is developed for the hydrogen‐based direct reduction of iron oxide pellets. Strain engineering strategy is implemented on the negative thermal expansion (NTE) phase Zn1.6Mg0.4P2O7 within composites, where Al matrix‐induced compressive strain drives uniform polyhedral and unit cell evolution, thereby enabling broad and consistent thermal compensation efficacy and obtaining good thermal performance.
