Heat transfer performance of porous titanium
Journal of Iron and Steel Research International, 2017Porous titanium fibre materials with different structural parameters were prepared by vacuum sintering method. The thickness, porosity and wire diameter of prepared materials were investigated to understand the effects of structural parameters on pool heat transmission performance of titanium fibre porous material.

Microchannel Heat Sink with Enhanced Heat Transfer Performance by Laser Process
2018 IEEE 13th Annual International Conference on Nano/Micro Engineered and Molecular Systems (NEMS), 2018The heat transfer performance of microchannel heat sink which is fabricated by Nanosecond laser machining (NLM) is investigated. The experiment data suggest that the heat transfer performance of microchannel heat sink (MHS) processed by NLM is superior to that by Deep Reactive Ion Etching (DRIE).
