Heat of transport of air in clay
Radiation Protection Dosimetry, 2006By measuring the thermomolecular pressure difference and using principles of irreversible thermodynamics, heat of transport of air in clay and its coefficient of diffusion are found. A comparison of thermotranspiration and pressure driven gas fluxes through concrete slab in homes is examined.

Estimating Heat-Transport and Time-Delays in a Heat Exchanger
2018 IEEE Conference on Control Technology and Applications (CCTA), 2018Transport and heat exchange phenomena occuring in a heat exchanger can be modeled as first-order hyperbolic partial differential equations (PDEs). Reformulating these equations as a time-delay system preserves the infinite-dimensional property of the system, yet decreases its mathematical complexity.

In this chapter, we shall take a closer look at the transport of entropy. Simple aspects will be introduced that go beyond what we already studied in Chapter 4 (Section 4.6). This extends the treatment of thermal processes into the realm of phenomena which are missing from the theory of the thermodynamics of ideal fluids (Chapter 5).

Heat transportation by oscillatory flow in a new type of heat transportation pipe
International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, 2009Abstract The present paper deals with experimental and numerical study on the longitudinal heat transportation by an oscillatory water flow in a double tube type heat transportation pipe. Experiments were performed to measure the heat transportation rate in the ranges of 2.3 ⩽ Wo ⩽ 7.2 and 400 ⩽ Re max ⩽ 6600.
