We compute the three-loop QCD corrections to the massive quark form factors with external vector, axial-vector, scalar and pseudo-scalar currents. All corrections with closed loops of massless fermions are included.

Heavy Quark Physics on the Lattice
We illustrate the current status of heavy quark physics on the lattice. Special emphasis is paid to the question of systematic uncertainties and to the connection of lattice computations to continuum physics.
