In pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), insulin is associated with activation of PI3K/AKT–RAB3A signaling and enhanced secretion of TNFAIP8‐enriched exosomes from tumor cells. Uptake of these exosomes by fibroblasts is linked to TRIM21‐dependent STAT1 degradation and the emergence of myofibroblastic CAF–associated features, accompanied by increased

Why Hedge? - A Critical Review of Theory and Empirical Evidence - [PDF]
Finance theory does not provide a comprehensive framework for explaining risk management within the imperfect financial environment in which firms operate.

miR‐185‐5p derived from UC‐MSC exosomes via hypoxic suspension culture promotes scarless wound healing in mice by precisely regulating collagen I/III regeneration. Exosomes derived from UC‐MSCs under a three‐dimensional bioreactor and hypoxic conditions were injected into the skin wounds of mice.

Hedge accounting and firms’ future investment spending
Finance theory suggests that effective hedging reduces cash flow volatility, enabling firms to invest in profitable projects they might otherwise avoid. We argue that this association holds only for derivatives designated for hedge accounting, which requires the fulfillment of strict effec tiveness criteria.

S3RL: Enhancing Spatial Single‐Cell Transcriptomics With Separable Representation Learning
Separable Spatial Representation Learning (S3RL) is introduced to enhance the reconstruction of spatial transcriptomic landscapes by disentangling spatial structure and gene expression semantics. By integrating multimodal inputs with graph‐based representation learning and hyperspherical prototype modeling, S3RL enables high‐fidelity spatial domain ...

Accounting for financial instruments in the banking industry: conclusions from a simulation model [PDF]
The paper analyses the effects of three sets of accounting rules for financial instruments - Old IAS before IAS 39 became effective, Current IAS or US GAAP, and the Full Fair Value (FFV) model proposed by the Joint Working Group (JWG) - on the financial ...

This study reveals the genetic and molecular mechanisms controlling grain size homeostasis through fine‐tuning OsGRX8 self‐expression by two natural negative feedback loops functioning in redox‐dependent or ‐independent manners and identifies two self‐regulatory haplotypes (SRHs) for the subspecies differentiation in rice.
