Application of Hedonic Methods in Modelling Real Estate Prices in Poland
2015This paper concentrates on empirical and methodological issues of the application of econometric methods to modelling real estate market. The presented hedonic analysis of apartments’ prices in Wroclaw is based on the dataset consisting of over ten thousands offers from the secondary real estate market.

Estimating the benefits of clean air contingent valuation and hedonic price methods
International Journal of Global Environmental Issues, 2003This study deals with the estimation of willingness to pay for a 50% reduction of air pollution caused by road traffic in Rabat-Sale (Morocco) using contingent valuation and hedonic price methods. In the CVM two techniques are employed. These are iterative bidding and dichotomous choice. Both empirical analyses are based on the same set of individuals.

2001The paper reports on a 1999 survey of prices of family houses and apartments in the metropolitan area of Warsaw, Poland. A series of hedonic price models were estimated in order to determine whether the prices reflected such environmental amenities as green neighborhood, clean air or low noise.
