The OLGIMA system for gastric cancer risk assessment. A useful method based on the histological Sydney consensus
Histopathology, EarlyView. The new OLGIMA method for histological gastric cancer risk assessment is based on the severity of glandular atrophy and intestinal metaplasia, in both antrum and corpus, according to the Updated Sydney classification. The highest score of either atrophy or intestinal metaplasia from each location will be used for the final OLGIMA stage.Pedro Genaro Delgado Guillena, Miriam Cuatrecasas, Sheyla Montori, Nayra Felipez Varela, Joan Llach, Iva Archilla, Pablo Florez‐Diez, Eva Barreiro‐Alonso, Javier Tejedor‐Tejada, Raquel Vicente, M Teresa Soria, Alaín Huerta, Silvia Patricia Ortega, Henar Nuñez, Oliver Patrón, Carolina Mangas, Diana Zaffalon, Luis Hernández, Luis Enrique Yip, Gadea Hontoria, Gonzalo Hijos, Maria Jose Domper‐Arnal, Sara Zarraquiños, Alberto Herreros De Tejada, Alicia Córdoba, Anabella Cuestas, Glòria Fernández‐Esparrach, Leticia Moreira, Eduardo Albéniz, on behalf of EpiGASTRIC/EDGAR Consortium, Joan Llach, Sheyla Montori, Anabella Cuestas, Gloria Fernandez‐Esparrach, Nayra Felipez Varela, Fermín Estremera‐Arevalo, Marta Gómez Alonso, Juan José Vila Costas, Victoria Busto Bea, Juan Carrascosa Gil, Vanesa Jusué Irurita, Alicia Córdoba Iturriagagoitia, Concepción Llanos Chavarri, Irene Amat Villegas, Gregorio Aisa Rivera, Irene Fernández de los Reyes, Gina de Lima Piña, Miguel Ángel Resano, Adriana Yague Hernando, Cristina Caballero Martínez, Alfredo López Cousillas, Miriam Cuatrecasas, Pedro Genaro Delgado Guillena, Javier Tejedor, Elena Arruebo, Silvia Patricia Ortega, Henar Nuñez, Pilar Diez, Diana Zaffalon, Luis Hernández, Gadea Hontoria, Rosa Maria Saíz, Gonzalo Hijos, María Jose Domper, Sara Zarraquiños, Astrid Irene, Alberto Herreros, Diego de Frutos, Fatima Valentin, Jose Santiago, Virginia Piñol, Adelina García, Alicia Martín‐Lagos, Pablo Florez, Eva Barreiro, Adolfo Suarez, Raquel Vicente, M Teresa Soria, Cristina Polo, Carmen Yagüe, Alain Huerta, Oliver Patrón, David Tello, Carolina Mangas, Eva Serrano, Juan Martínez, Rodrigo Jover, Raquel Grajal, Luis Enrique Yip, Patricia Gonçalves, Jenifer Muñoz, Cristina Herrera‐Pariente, Laia Bonjoch, Sergi Castellví‐Bel, Dulce Momblan, Tamara Saurí, Irina Luzko, Elisa Cantú‐Germano, Angels Gines, Ignasi Elizalde, Francesc Balaguer, Angelez Perez‐Aisa, Jennifer Hinojosa, Coral Tejido, Laura Rivas, María Francisco, Manu Puga, Franco Baiocchi, Cristina Alejandra Sánchez, Alba Pereiros, Joaquin Cubiella, Alejandro Ledo, Ma Victoria Alvarez, Marta Garzón, Juan Manuel Martín, Salvador Sobrino, Ana García‐Rodríguez, Ines Gil, Alazne Aguirre, Ainara Maiz, Ines Ariño, María Dolores Pico, Beatriz de Riba, Goretti Hernández, Eduardo Albéniz, Leticia Moreira +125 morewiley +1 more sourceThe exposomal imprint on rosacea: More than skin deep

Journal of Oral Pathology &Medicine, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Background
Although studies have demonstrated a relationship between pathogenic microorganisms and oral cancer, no study has demonstrated a relationship between changes in bacterial flora and oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Therefore, we investigated the association between oral microbiota and oral squamous cell carcinoma using ...Satoshi Fukase, Atsumu Kouketsu, Toru Tamahara, Tatsuru Saito, Akiko Ito, Yutaro Higashi, Tomonari Kajita, Tsuyoshi Kurobane, Masaaki Miyakoshi, Masahiro Iikubo, Ritsuko Shimizu, Tetsu Takahashi, Kensuke Yamauchi, Tsuyoshi Sugiura +13 morewiley +1 more sourceComparison of Proteome Component of Helicobacter pylori in Different Atmospheric CO2 Concentration [PDF]
