Proteinvermittelte Kupfer‐Redoxregulation: Rolle von Disulfidbrücken und allosterischer Modulation

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
Copper binding triggers structural changes that expose a reactive disulphide bridge, enabling intrinsic Cu(II) reduction in folded proteins. SAXS, XAS, and QM/MM simulations reveal how globular proteins such as HSA and SOD1 employ disulphide‐mediated dynamics to modulate site accessibility and control copper redox chemistry.

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.

Genome-wide SNP detection, validation, and development of an 8K SNP array for apple. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2012
As high-throughput genetic marker screening systems are essential for a range of genetics studies and plant breeding applications, the International RosBREED SNP Consortium (IRSC) has utilized the Illumina Infinium® II system to develop a medium- to high-

Wasserstoffaktivierung über Dihydrid‐Bildung an einem Rh1/Fe3O4(001)‐Einzelatomkatalysator

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.

Bridging change and project management: A review and future research directions

open access: yesProject Leadership and Society
The fundamental purpose of a project is to implement change, aiming for the transition from an existing state to a desired future state. However, project management studies primarily focus on the design and implementation of the project deliverable and ...

Identification of Mendel's white flower character. [PDF]

open access: yesPLoS ONE, 2010
The genetic regulation of flower color has been widely studied, notably as a character used by Mendel and his predecessors in the study of inheritance in pea.We used the genome sequence of model legumes, together with their known synteny to the pea ...

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.

Efficacy of the Intervention Against the Stigmatization of Men With Eating Disorders in Primary Healthcare (iSMEsH): Results From a Randomized Waitlist‐Controlled Study

open access: yesInternational Journal of Eating Disorders, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Eating disorders (EDs) in men are underdiagnosed and undertreated, partly due to stigma hindering help‐seeking. This randomized waitlist‐controlled study tested the efficacy of the iSMEsH online anti‐stigma intervention targeting German general practitioners (GPs) and medical students.

Biodegradable Coatings with Essential Oils for Combating Papaya Anthracnose: State of the Art and Perspectives

open access: yesFood Bioengineering, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Papaya (Carica papaya L.) production and marketability are strongly constrained by postharvest diseases, with anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum spp. representing the most significant threat. Traditional control relies on synthetic fungicides, which, although effective, face challenges such as the development of pathogen resistance ...

A walk in the park—Identifying healthy greenspaces using scents

open access: yesPLANTS, PEOPLE, PLANET, EarlyView.
As urbanisation accelerates globally, access to nature is increasingly recognised as vital for public health and wellbeing. We captured and analysed plant‐emitted airborne ‘scent signatures’ across Oxford's urban greenspaces to assess their potential health relevance.
