We present the CT, thoracoscopic, and histological findings of a 55-year-old female with pleuropulmonary epithelioid hemangioendothelioma. The CT scan revealed pleuropulmonary lesions, and thoracoscopy allowed direct visualization and biopsy of the lesions.
