SYNOVECTOMY IN HEMOPHILIAC HEMARTHROSIS [PDF]
Joint bleeding in hemophiliacs initiates a cycle of synovial lesions and repeated hemarthrosis. Disabling hemophiliac arthropathy may be the end result despite adequate plasma component therapy.
