Liver Involvement in Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome
Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome is an acute febrile nephropathy caused by several viruses of the genus Hantavirus of the family Bunyaviridae. During the past 8 years, 32 cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome have been diagnosed.

TNF Inhibitor Therapy in Corticosteroid‐Resistant or ‐Dependent Pediatric Neutrophilic Dermatosis
ABSTRACT Neutrophilic dermatoses are rare in children. Systemic corticosteroids are the first‐line treatment, but guidelines for second‐line therapies are lacking. We report five cases of children with systemic steroid‐resistant/dependent neutrophilic dermatoses, successfully treated with tumor necrosis factor inhibitors.

During the 2023–2024 Argentine dengue outbreak, 33 patients with hematological disease showed high complication rates, frequent hospitalization (64%), severe thrombocytopenia (90%), and 6% dengue‐attributable mortality. Transfusion‐associated cases were documented.

Diffuse and Prolonged Bone Pain Revealing Tumor‐Induced Osteomalacia: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Tumor‐induced osteomalacia should be considered in patients with unexplained bone pain and fractures. Advanced imaging, such as Ga68‐DOTATATE PET/CT, enables precise tumor localization, and surgical excision can rapidly normalize phosphate metabolism and resolve symptoms, underscoring the importance of early diagnosis and intervention.

ABSTRACT We report a rare case of concomitant immune thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (iTTP) and Evans syndrome, complicated by multiple cerebral infarctions. The patient presented with severe thrombocytopenia and hemolytic anemia, as well as a positive direct Coombs test. The initial diagnosis was Evans syndrome.
