Zusammenfassung In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden zwei M. suis-Genbibliotheken auf die Gene Enolase und Pyruvatdehydrogenase (PDH) untersucht. Fur die „cross species identification“ wurden DNA Sonden aus dem Enolase- und PDH-Gen des nahe verwandten humanpathogenen Agens M. pneumoniae verwendet.
