A New Tool for Measuring the Diameter of Hemp Fiber [PDF]
Hemp is a versatile and durable natural material with a long history of human use. This plant provides essential materials such as fiber, seeds, and oil. Hemp fiber is among the oldest, strongest, and most durable natural fibers available. Fiber diameter

Industrial Hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) Agronomy and Utilization: A Review
Currently, there are increased interests in growing grain and fiber hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) as well as in large-scale hemp products. Cannabis has been grown/utilized for thousands of years as a fiber, grain, and drug/medicinal plant.

Replacement of Polymer Fibers with Hemp Fibers in Concrete
Abstract In our experiment, we tried to replace polymer fibers with hemp fibers and verify whether the properties and advantages of polymer fibers in concrete will be retained even with this interchange. Polymer fibers are added to the mixer to produce fresh concrete or mortar, and we did the same in our case.

Industrial Hemp Fibers: An Overview [PDF]
Industrial hemp (Cannabis sativa) is one of the most available and widely produced bast fibers with high cellulose content. Interest in these fibers is warranted due to environmental protection challenges as well as their inherent properties such as low density, high specific strength, and stiffness.

Effect of fibre treatments on interfacial shear strength of hemp fibre reinforced polylactide and unsaturated polyester composites [PDF]
Surface treatment of hemp fibres was investigated as a means of improving interfacial shear strength (IFSS) of hemp fibre reinforced polylactide (PLA) and unsaturated polyester (UPE) composites. Fibres were treated with sodium hydroxide, acetic anhydride,
