Secondary technical resectability of colorectal cancer liver metastases after chemotherapy with or without selective internal radiotherapy in the randomized SIRFLOX trial

open access: yesBJS (British Journal of Surgery), Volume 106, Issue 13, Page 1837-1846, December 2019., 2019
Secondary resection of initially unresectable colorectal cancer liver metastases (CRLM) can prolong survival. This study of 472 patients suggests that chemotherapy with FOLFOX with or without bevacizumab may improve the technical resectability rate of CRLM, especially in patients with an initial hepatic tumour burden of 25 per cent or less, and that ...

Immunoelectrophoresis for Fasciola hepatica

open access: yesThe Korean Journal of Parasitology, 1979
In an attempt to investigate the specific antigenic substance of Fasciola hepatica, Ouchterlony tests and immunoelectrophoretic analyses were carried out. Crude Fasciola antigen was prepared and fractionated by Sephadex G-200 column to Antigen I, II and III according to protein content.
