Hepatit C virusu (HCV) ile infekte hastalarda, hepatit B (HBV) ya da hepatit A virus (HAV)’larından birinin bulaşı infeksiyonun seyrini olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle, hepatit C’li hastalarda, aşı ile korunulabilen bu iki infeksiyona karşı profilaksi uygulanması önerilmektedir.
