Ultra‐Low Hysteresis Under Large Deformation Enabled by Fast Chains Relaxation in Highly Competitive Dynamic Hydrogen Bond Networks

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that incorporating deep eutectic solvent (DES) components tunes the relaxation dynamics of strong hydrogen bonds between polymer segments, rendering them mechanically “invisible” during service conditions (low hysteresis: <3%).

Rational Molecular Engineering of Amidonaphthoquinone Cathodes: Precise Hydrogen Bond and Size Control for High‐Performance Lithium Organic Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work provides a novel molecular design strategy to develop three naphthoquinone‐derived cathodes (NQ1, NQ2, and NQ3) by linking one, two, and three amido‐naphthoquinone redox centers onto a benzene ring in a convenient way. Structure evolution to increased hydrogenbonds and molecular size enables high performance LOBs by joint solubility suppress ...

Engineering DNA Origami Captors for TGFβ1 Sequestration to Enhance Tumor Immune Modulation and Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Programmable DNA framework captors effectively deplete circulatingtransforming growth factor‐β1 (TGFβ1) through fast systemic clearance and reshape the tumor immune microenvironment, alleviating immunosuppression to inhibit tumor progression. Abstract Efficient modulation of pivotal immune‐regulatory molecules to leverage the tumor microenvironment ...

Physical Model Development for Fabricating MIS‐Anode‐Based 1100 V AlGaN/GaN‐Based Lateral Schottky Barrier Diodes Grown on Silicon Substrate with Low Leakage Current

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
AlGaN/GaN‐based SBDs with a metal/Al2O3/GaN (MIS) Schottky contact are designed and fabricated, which demonstrate a three‐order reduction in leakage current and achieve a breakdown voltage of ≈1100 V. It also introduces refined physical models for more accurate simulations of GaN‐based power devices on Si substrates. The revised models predict enhanced

Implied Voltage and Current Characterization in Organic Solar Cells using Transient Photoluminescence

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
In this study, a photoluminescence‐based method is presented to reconstruct the current‐voltage characteristics of organic solar cells under operating conditions. By resolving exciton and free charge carrier luminescence, the method enables the identification of voltage‐dependent losses, including a potential field‐dependence of exciton dissociation ...
