THE APPLICATION OF DISCRETE HIDDEN MARKOV MODEL ON CROSSES OF DIPLOID PLANT

open access: yesBarekeng, 2023
The hidden Markov model consists of a pair of an unobserved Markov chain {Xk} and an observation process {Yk}. In this research, the crosses of diploid plant apply the model.

Associations among Farm, Breed, Lactation Stage and Parity, Gene Polymorphisms and the Fatty Acid Profile of Milk from Holstein, Simmental and Their Crosses

open access: yesAnimals, 2021
This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting the fatty acid (FA) profile in cow’s milk. The effects of a farm, lactation parity and stage, breed and polymorphisms in the AGPAT6, DGAT1, LEP, FASN and SCD1 genes were evaluated. A total of 196 Holstein

Analysis of Wheat Wax Regulation Mechanism by Liposome and Transcriptome

open access: yesFrontiers in Genetics, 2021
As a barrier for plants to contact with the outside world, epidermal wax plays an important role in resisting biotic and abiotic stresses. In this study, we analyzed the effect of wax content on leaf permeability by measuring the wax loss rate in the ...

Artificial Neural Network-Based Identification of Associations between UCP2 and UCP3 Gene Polymorphisms and Meat Quantity Traits

open access: yesJournal of Food Quality, 2022
In identifying mutations occurring in distinct cow breeds, genetic elements must be taken into consideration. More recently, these hereditary features have gained attention throughout the world. As in many underdeveloped nations, to bridge the deficit in

Recollements of abelian categories and ideals in heredity chains—a recursive approach to quasi-hereditary algebras

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 2019
Recollements of abelian categories are used as a basis of a homological and recursive approach to quasi-hereditary algebras. This yields a homological proof of Dlab and Ringel’s characterisation of idempotent ideals occurring in heredity chains, which in turn characterises quasi-hereditary algebras recursively.
