Phenolic composition and multi‐target bioactivities of Globularia alypum extracts across seasons

Abstract Background This study investigates the influence of seasonal variation on the phytochemical profile and biofunctional activities of ethanolic leaf extracts from Globularia alypum. Leaves collected across four seasons were extracted with a hydroethanolic solvent (80:20, v/v) and analyzed by LC‐ESI‐MS/MS.

Assessment of Electrical Resistance Sensors Sensitivity to Localized Corrosion

Are electrical resistance (ER) sensors reliable for localized corrosion detection? This study combines analytical modeling and experimental validation to show the vulnerability of ER sensors. The results demonstrate significant underestimation of the true corrosion depth of localized attacks depending on defect's geometry.

Taxonomic reappraisal of the mangrove genus Avicennia (Acanthaceae) in India

A taxonomic reappraisal of the mangrove genus Avicennia in India was undertaken through extensive field surveys and critical examination of herbarium specimens. Three taxa, Avicennia alba, Avicennia marina subsp. marina, and Avicennia officinalis, are described in detail. A synonymic list was compiled using the World Checklist of Vascular Plants (WCVP)
