Usable access to HIV testing and care among people with migrant backgrounds in Japan: A systematic review

Abstract Objectives Japan's growing migrant population has increased the need for HIV services usable across linguistic, administrative and social circumstances. We reviewed evidence on access to HIV testing and care among people with migrant backgrounds and related non‐Japanese populations, focusing on movement into continuing care.

History of sexually transmitted infections among mpox cases in the 2022 outbreak in Spain

Abstract Objective The aim was to describe the history of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) among adult mpox men cases and to analyse sociodemographic and epidemiological characteristics according to the presence or absence of any STI diagnosed 1 or 6 months previous to mpox diagnosis during the 2022 outbreak in Spain.

Abstract Background Earlier diagnosis of blood‐borne viruses (BBVs)—HIV, hepatitis B (HBV) and hepatitis C (HCV)—remains a significant public‐health focus. Opt‐out testing in secondary healthcare settings can improve early diagnosis and linkage to care as part of BBV transmission elimination targets.
