True hermaphroditism with 46, XX karyotype: report of a case

A case of true hermaphroditism, in a 4-year-old, legally female, is reported. The external genitalia showed clitorism and labial agglutinate, and her karyotype from peripheral lymphocytoculture was 46, XX.
