Hermeneutika (gr. hermeneutike techne) teorija interpretacije i razumijevanja teksta, a od 19. st. univerzalna metoda duhovnih znanosti, tematizira uvjete normativnoga razumijevanja i prosudbe svih oblika stvaralaštva ljudskoga duha. U članku je prikazan razvoj pojema hermeneutike i njegova renesansa u hermeneutičkoj filozofiji 19. i 20. stoljeća.
