Inverse of \(\alpha\)-Hermitian Adjacency Matrix of a Unicyclic Bipartite Graph

open access: yesJournal of Combinatorial Mathematics and Combinatorial Computing
Let \(X\) be bipartite mixed graph and for a unit complex number \(\alpha\), \(H_\alpha\) be its \(\alpha\)-hermitian adjacency matrix. If \(X\) has a unique perfect matching, then \(H_\alpha\) has a hermitian inverse \(H_\alpha^{-1}\). In this paper we give a full description of the entries of \(H_\alpha^{-1}\) in terms of the paths between the ...

Hermitian adjacency matrices of mixed multigraphs

open access: yes, 2022
A mixed multigraph is obtained from an undirected multigraph by orienting a subset of its edges. In this paper, we study a new Hermitian matrix representation of mixed multigraphs, give an introduction to cospectral operations on mixed multigraphs, and ...

1 W Single‐Mode Large‐Area Edge‐Emitting Laser via Non‐Hermitian Spatial Mode Filtering

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, EarlyView.
We demonstrate a non‐Hermitian spatial mode filtering approach for achieving high‐power single‐mode operation in large‐area edge‐emitting laser diodes. By symmetrically coupling passive filter arrays to the main lasing waveguide, higher‐order transverse modes are effectively suppressed while preserving the fundamental mode.

Deep learning assisted high‐resolution microscopy image processing for phase segmentation in functional composite materials

open access: yesJournal of Microscopy, EarlyView.
Abstract In the domain of battery research, the processing of high‐resolution microscopy images is a challenging task, as it involves dealing with complex images and requires a prior understanding of the components involved. The utilisation of deep learning methodologies for image analysis has attracted considerable interest in recent years, with ...

Teleport‐stabilised quantum‐walk transport for robust neoantigen ranking in near‐tie regimes: A reproducible colorectal benchmark

open access: yesClinical and Translational Discovery, Volume 6, Issue 6, December 2026.
Teleport‐stabilised quantum‐walk transport for robust neoantigen ranking in near‐tie regimes. The analysis proceeds from patient‐conditioned candidate definition to weighted evidence‐graph construction, quotient‐basin compression, continuous‐time quantum‐walk (CTQW)/discrete‐time quantum walk (DTQW) transport, teleport‐consensus stabilisation, ABHA ...

γ-Inverse graph of some mixed graphs

open access: yesSpecial Matrices
Let GG be a graph. Then, the inverse graph G−1{G}^{-1} of GG is defined to be a graph that has adjacency matrix similar to the inverse of the adjacency matrix of GG, where the similarity matrix is ±1\pm 1 diagonal matrix. In this article, we introduced a

Data‐Driven Spectral Prediction for Accelerating Large‐Scale Electronic Structure Calculations

open access: yesProceedings in Applied Mathematics and Mechanics, Volume 26, Issue 4, December 2026.
ABSTRACT Simulating large molecular systems comprising thousands of atoms requires highly scalable methodologies. While modern Density Functional Theory (DFT) codes exhibit linear scaling, solving the associated large, sparse generalized eigenproblems remains a critical computational bottleneck on exascale architectures.

Resonant States Reveal Strong Light–Matter Coupling in Nanophotonic Cavities

open access: yesLaser &Photonics Reviews, Volume 20, Issue 20, 21 October 2026.
Photonic resonant states reveal characteristics of coupled light–matter systems that would otherwise be hidden by damping. Their trajectories (when tuning the optical resonance) undergo a qualitative change at the onset of strong coupling: They start swapping positions.
