Congenital lung malformations (CLM) are detected well prenatally in our area, but the accuracy of prenatal diagnoses is only 51%–60% compared to postnatal diagnoses. The birth prevalence of all CLMs is estimated at 3.71 cases per 10 000 live births in northern Finland.
