Diagnosis of a rare Bochdalek’s congenital diaphragmatic hernia may be challenging. Our patient presented with respiratory and gastrointestinal findings. Chest radiograph revealed the stomach in the left thorax. Diagnosis of recurrent bacterial pneumonia was incorrectly made because of repeated symptoms.
