Indian journal of dermatology, venereology and leprology, 2017 Three patients of herpes gestationis, a rare dermatosis of pregnancy, are being described along with a short review of literaure on the recent immunological backdrop. The characteristic periumbilical cutaneous lesions with classical buflae en cocade appeared during the third trimester of pregnancy and were controlled with corticosteroids.
