Critical Camp Studies: A State of the Art

open access: yesPopulation, Space and Place, Volume 32, Issue 2, March 2026.
ABSTRACT Scholarship on camps is extensive yet highly fragmented, structured around disciplinary, geographical, and theoretical silos that rarely enter into sustained dialogue. While numerous studies and literature reviews have examined camps through specific lenses (humanitarian governance, sovereignty, biopolitics, architecture) no comprehensive ...

Sustainable Production of Peanut Protein Isolate: Optimization, Functional Characterization, and Comparison With Soy Protein

open access: yesSustainable Food Proteins, Volume 4, Issue 1, March 2026.
Process of obtaining peanut protein isolate from South American peanuts, highlighting extraction optimization and its potential as a sustainable functional food ingredient. ABSTRACT The agri‐food industry seeks sustainable and plant‐based protein sources that valorize industrial by‐products to meet the nutritional demands of the growing population and ...

CONTINUITY OF COMMUTATORS ON WEIGHTED HERZ-TYPE SPACES

open access: yesKyushu Journal of Mathematics, 1999
Let \(B_k=\{x\in \mathbb R^n; |x|\leq 2^k\}\) and \(C_k=B_k \setminus B_{k-1}\) for \(k\in \mathbb Z\). Let \(\chi_k\) denote the characteristic function of the set \(C_k\). The homogeneous weighted Herz space \(\dot K_q^{\alpha, p}(w_1,w_2)\) is defined in terms of \(\|f\|_{\dot K_q^{\alpha, p}(w_1,w_2)}\) \(=\bigl\{\sum_{k=-\infty}^\infty {w_1(B_k)}^{

Synthetic Cell‐Based Tissues for Bottom‐Up Assembly of Artificial Lymphatic Organs

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, Volume 15, Issue 5, 2 February 2026.
Synthetic cells have emerged as a novel biomimetic approach for fundamental research and therapeutic interventions. T cell activating synthetic cells are able to form 3D tissue‐like structures by self‐assembly into lymphatic bottom‐up tissues (lymphBUT) with tunable biochemical and biomechanical functionalities as well as metabolic activity are ...

Boundedness on variable exponent Morrey-Herz space for fractional multilinear Hardy operators

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics
In this treatise, the boundedness of the multilinear fractional Hardy operators is scrutinized within the context of variable exponent Morrey-Herz spaces, denoted as $ {M\dot K^{\alpha(\cdot), \lambda}_{q, p(\cdot)}(\mathbb{R}^n)} $.

THE INEQUALITIES OF COMMUTATORS ON WEAK HERZ SPACES [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Korean Mathematical Society, 2002
Let \(b\in \text{BMO}(\mathbb R^n)\) and \(T\) be a linear operator satisfying some local size condition. The author proves that if the commutator \([b, T]\) defined by \(bT-Tb\) is of weak type \((q, q)\) for some \(q\in (1,\infty)\), then \([b, T]\) also satisfies \(L(\log L)\) type estimates in non-homogeneous Herz spaces \(K^{\alpha, p}_q(\mathbb R^

Where Can Aluminum Go When Batteries Die?

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 7, 3 February 2026.
Battery‐derived aluminum is transformed from contaminated waste into an alloying resource for high‐performance Fe‐based alloys. Through controlled Al content and processing, dual‐phase austenite/ferrite microstructures with TRIP‐like behavior are achieved.

Vector-valued inequalities on Herz spaces and characterizations of Herz-Sobolev spaces with variable exponent

open access: yesGlasnik Matematicki, 2010
Our first aim in this paper is to prove the vector-valued inequalities for some sublinear operators on Herz spaces with variable ex- ponent. As an application, we obtain some equivalent norms and wavelet characterization of Herz-Sobolev spaces with variable exponent.

LRP4+ Astrocytes: A Unique Subpopulation Crucial for Blood Vessel Maintenance and Function in the Somatosensory Cortex of Normal and 5xFAD Mice

open access: yesGlia, Volume 74, Issue 2, February 2026.
Lrp4+ astrocytes, uniquely vessel‐associated and GFAP−, are enriched in the pia. They support laminin‐α5+ basement membrane assembly and regulate vessel diameter and blood flow. They are reduced in 5xFAD brains, and their ablation worsens both vascular and Aβ pathology.
