Model‐Agnostic Influential Outlier Metric

open access: yesStat, Volume 15, Issue 3, September 2026.
ABSTRACT The influential outlier metric (IOM) provides model‐agnostic influential outlier detection. We define influence of an observation using a combination of SHapley Additive exPlanation (SHAP) values and the residual. Both are transformed using normalizing flows, changing their respective measures to Gaussian distributions.

Time‐Reversal Full Wavefield Inversion: From Waveform Misfit to Wavefield Focus

open access: yesGeophysical Prospecting, Volume 74, Issue 7, September 2026.
ABSTRACT We introduce time‐reversal full wavefield inversion (TRFWI), a velocity‐model‐building method that replaces waveform‐misfit minimization with a physically motivated wavefield‐focusing criterion. The recorded data are reversed in time and backpropagated through a trial velocity model; the inversion objective is the degree to which the wavefield

ENTIRE SOLUTIONS OF HESSIAN EQUATIONS

open access: yes, 2009
We study in this thesis the existence and uniqueness of entire solutions, in appropriate weighted Hölder spaces, of elliptic Hessian equations in Rn and Cn, with rotational invariance.

Financial Climate‐Risk Measurement, Impact Funds, and Green Transitions

open access: yesJournal of Accounting Research, Volume 64, Issue 4, Page 1867-1903, September 2026.
ABSTRACT Regulators are contemplating or mandating precise measurement of financial climate‐risk exposure to promote sustainable investments. We show that such mandates can be counterproductive in the presence of social funds that catalyze change by subsidizing the adoption of cleaner production technologies.

Dispersal responses of cereal aphids to wheat cultivar and planting configuration

open access: yesAnnals of Applied Biology, Volume 189, Issue 2, September 2026.
Aphid dispersal responses were species‐specific, cultivar‐dependent and altered by virus infection status. Rhopalosiphum padi preferentially colonised Maris Huntsman, but the presence of Wolverine plants disrupted arrestment and produced spatially uniform dispersal resembling that on Wolverine monocultures.

Profitability of private brands of e‐commerce platforms offering competing national brands under agency selling

open access: yesInternational Transactions in Operational Research, Volume 33, Issue 5, Page 3336-3358, September 2026.
Abstract This paper investigates the impact of a private brand (PB) introduction by an e‐commerce platform. Contrary to previous research, the platform allows competing manufacturers to sell their national brands (NBs) directly to consumers for an agency fee. Our game‐theoretic analysis allows us to derive the following key insights.
