Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Programming Verifiable Heterogeneous Agent Systems [PDF]
Our overall aim is to provide a verification framework for practical multi-agent systems. To achieve practicality, we must be able to describe and implement heterogeneous multi-agent systems. To achieve verifiability, we must define semantics appropriately for use in formal verification.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Event-Triggered Consensus Seeking of Heterogeneous First-Order Agents With Input Delay
Event-triggered consensus problem is studied for a class of heterogeneous first-order multi-agent system, which contains multiple single integrators with different nominal velocities, and an adaptive consensus algorithm in the leader-following structure ...

Tournaments with Ex Post Heterogeneous Agents [PDF]
This paper compares relative performance evaluation via tournaments to absolute performance evaluation via piece rates when agents are heterogeneous ex post, to make the point that agent heterogeneity compromises the insurance function of tournaments. In

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated
