Prevalence and Clinical Significance of Gastric‐Type Mucosal Lesions in Non‐Ampullary Duodenal Epithelial Tumors Based on Mucin Phenotype

open access: yesDEN Open, Volume 7, Issue 1, April 2027.
Gastric‐type mucosal lesions are identified in 33.8% of patients with non‐ampullary duodenal epithelial tumors and are especially frequent in gastric‐phenotype tumors (81.3%). Their presence is associated with gastric mucosal atrophy and smoking, while current Helicobacter pylori infection shows an inverse association, suggesting a link between the ...

Long‐term Endoscopic Evolution of a Pyloric Gland Adenoma Arising in Nonatrophic Gastric Mucosa and Initially Resembling a Fundic Gland Polyp

open access: yesDEN Open, Volume 7, Issue 1, April 2027.
ABSTRACT Pyloric gland adenoma (PGA) is a rare gastric epithelial neoplasm often associated with autoimmune or metaplastic atrophic gastritis. Nerve Growth Factor is Sufficient to Cause Multiple Osteoarthritis‐Relevant Pathologic Features in Naïve Murine Knee Joints

open access: yesArthritis &Rheumatology, Volume 78, Issue 11, Page 2246-2260, November 2026.
Objective Nerve growth factor (NGF), a key mediator of pain, is increased in osteoarthritic (OA) joints. Antibodies against NGF show analgesic effects in painful knee OA, but clinical development was stopped because of side effects in the joints. Knowledge about the biologic effects of NGF on joint tissues is limited. Therefore, we explored the effects
