Synthesis and Charactrization of ZnO Nanoparrticles with Different Morphology and their Structural Properties [PDF]
In this paper, Zinc Oxide nanoparticles are prepared by direct precipitation method. The ZnO nanoparticles are obtained after calcinations of precursor at 250ËC for 2h. Resulted nanoparticles by this method have hexagonal structure.
