Gaoya dianqi, 2009 在特高压产品的制造过程中,但凡某个环节出问题,必会影响到产品的质量,将对特高压输变电工程的长期安全稳定运行埋下隐患。针对这一问题,笔者提出驻厂全过程监造,并对监造高压HGIS壳体焊接接头的无损探伤检测进行了认真分析,并提出制造中应注意的质量问题。说明了全过程监造的重要性。

Gaoya dianqi, 2013 笔者介绍了自主研发的2521 100 kV GIS、HGIS中要求输入转角为90°的快速接地开关用电动弹簧操动机构的基本结构、工作原理、主要技术参数及特点;借助商用MSC.ADAMS软件进行动力学的模拟仿真分析,并对其进行相关的机械特性试验。试验结果表明,设计与试验实测值基本吻合,完全能够满足快速接地开关的要求。

Gaoya dianqi, 2014 介绍了某500 kV变电站一起500 kV混合式气体绝缘开关组合电器（HGIS）事故,解体发现VT气室盆式绝缘子放电烧裂成碎片,分析得出盆式绝缘子质量不良是事故发生的直接原因。对故障设备进行了更换,对同批次盆式绝缘子进行了化学、电气等诊断性试验,并根据诊断结果提出了相应的防范措施。

Gaoya dianqi, 2016 针对某站2号母线发生的故障跳闸进行多维度分析,开展了交流场靠2号母线侧开关气室的SF6气体的分解产物和湿度测试,数据表明50532开关C相存在异常。随后对其进行了开盖检查,发现内部导管对套管法兰处发生了严重的电弧放电。结合后续的返厂解体情况,对故障的原因进行了故障树分析,并借助成分分析等技术推断,50532开关C相气室故障是由于现场组装阶段混入并黏着在导管的7 mm左右金属异物,在运行3个月后受震动影响,从低电场区域掉落强电场区域,导致了闪络故障的发生。
