介绍了一起在500 kV输变电工程启动调试中发生的HGIS短路跳闸事故的过程。通过对故障录波图的分析、现场情况调查以及对故障设备的拆解检查,发现一起HGIS隔离开关由于机构中花键与有齿套管连接松脱致使合闸不到位,从而在解环操作过程中发生击穿放电导致了短路跳闸事故。通过试验对花键与有齿套管松脱的原因进行了分析研究。通过深入分析,提出了避免类似事故的技术措施。
