Radiotherapy (RT) response depends on the DNA repair capacity of tumor and host cells. We show that circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts and apoptosis rates before and after RT predict treatment response and outcome, which can be accessed via easily accessible liquid biopsy approaches. Neural Network Using for Extracting Hidden Information in Images [PDF]
Steganography technique widely spread and varied. With the widening in using steganography, its misuse alarmists arisen. Thus steganalysis comes into sight to deter unwanted secret communications. In this paper a new scheme proposed for extracting hidden

On minimal realisations of dynamical structure functions
Motivated by the fact that transfer functions do not contain structural information about networks, dynamical structure functions were introduced to capture causal relationships between measured nodes in networks.

Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Uncovering hidden dependency in weighted networks via information entropy
Interactions between elements, which are usually represented by networks, have to delineate potentially unequal relationships in terms of their relative importance or direction.

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

ABSTRACT As global populations age, cancer is increasingly becoming a leading cause of morbidity and mortality among older adults, particularly in low‐ and middle‐income countries (LMICs). Despite accounting for the majority of new cancer cases and deaths, older individuals remain underrepresented in cancer research, clinical guidelines, and health ...

VİÂEYN RİVÂYETİ VEYA EBÛ HUREYRE’NİN ÖLÜMÜNE SEBEP OLABİLECEK GİZLİ BİLGİLER
Ebû Hureyre’nin en çok hadis rivâyet eden sahabî unvanına sahip olmasına rağmen, yine de onun bazı şeyleri açıklamadığını belirten rivâyetler nakledilmiştir. Bu makalede işte bu tür nakiller incelemeye tabi tutulmuştur.
